It's my birthday today! And although this is not my official birthday outfit, it is still a cute little outfit I wore in the beginning of the week. Great combo for those spring days when I just have to wear something gingham (happens every year).
But let's not talk fashion for a minute, also my modest birthday wishlist doesn't include clothes or shoes this time. On this occasion, in your presence, I'd like to blow out a few imaginary candles on an imaginary cake and wish myself a happy birthday.
May this year, the year I'm about to get married in, be happy, healthy and full of love.

היום הוא יום מאוד מיוחד מבחינתי, כי זהו יום ההולדת שלי! ועל אף שיצא השנה באותו תאריך של יום השואה, אני מתנחמת בעובדה שלפחות נותרו לי הערב כמה שעות שבהן אפשר לחגוג.
מה שאתם רואים בתמונות למעלה הוא לא אאוטפיט יום ההולדת הרשמי, אלא משהו שלבשתי אי שם בתחילת השבוע, אאוטפיט אביבי וחמוד שעונה על החשק המתעורר אצלי כל שנה, בערך בתקופה הזו של השנה והוא לשלב דוגמת פפיטה בלבוש שלי.
אבל בואו נעזוב רגע אופנה. את יום הולדתי ה-32 על פני כדור הארץ אני פותחת עם רשימת משאלות חביבה, צנועה ואישית, שאינה כוללת אפילו פריט לבוש אחד. יתר על כן, כמה מתנות שכבר הצלחתי לנחש שיוענקו לי בימים הקרובים (קונטרול פריקית!) גם הן אינן בגדים, נעליים או אביזרי אופנה כלשהם. ואני ממש שמחה!
אז בנוכחותכם אכבה עכשיו כמה נרות דימיוניים על עוגה דמיונית, אקווה שמשאלותי יתגשמו, ואאחל לעצמי שהשנה הקרובה, שבה אני גם עומדת להינשא, תהייה שנה מאושרת, בריאה ומלאת אהבה.

טוב, אז לצערי הרב לא היה לנו כאן פוסט ראש השנה האזרחית החדשה עקב וירוסים אכזריים שהשתלטו על כותבת שורות אלה (אינשאללה ניסיון חוזר בסופ"ש הקרוב, אני גם חייבת לעצמי איזו חגיגה ראויה), אבל על סיכום שנה אופנתי החלטתי לא לוותר ומשכתי את עצמי מבין ערימת הטישואים אל המחשב.
בהזדמנות חגיגית זו ראוי מאוד לציין שהיום, ממש היום, חוגג בלוג האופנה "אפונה" שלוש שנים להיווסדו וזה נראה לי כמו אחלה תירוץ לעצור לרגע, להסתכל לאחור (על אף שאני בעיקר מתמחה בלשעוט קדימה אל היעד הבא) ולהיזכר בכל מה שהיה לנו. לפחות בשנה האחרונה.
אז כאמור, לפני שאני מתקדמת היישר אל האאוטפיט הבא, החלטתי לעשות סיכומון קטן ולהיזכר בפריטים שעשו לי את זה במהלך השנה האחרונה. כמובן שכל פריט ופריט שהופיע כאן הביא לי (ועדיין מביא) שמחה והנאה ללבוש ולהרכיב איתו אאוטפיטים, אבל הנה ניסיון לזקק את הפריטים המוצלחים ביותר - הצלחתי להגיע רק לטופ 2 בכל קטגוריה, מה תעשו לי... ואתם מוזמנים כמובן לעזור...

הג'קט של השנה:
ג'קט מחויט ורוד או ג'קט הפארקה הירקרק (שניהם מזארה)

השמלה של השנה:
שמלת התחרה של אמה רו או שמלת התחרה השנייה (שנחרשו קשות)

לסיום, תודה ענקית ועצומה לאריאלה ולאריאל, שמתעדים את האאוטפיטים שלי בעקביות ובכשרון מדי שבוע ובלעדיהם זה ממש לא היה זה ותודה מעמקי נשמתי לכל מי שעוקב אחרי מה שקורה כאן, מגיב ומפרגן, גם אם לא מעל דפי הבלוג. אתם מוזמנים להמשיך לעשות זאת גם בשנה הבאה, אני כמובן אהיה כאן (אחרי שאבריא, בעזרת השם ובעזרת מרק העוף של אמא). נשיקות!

So, unfortunately I didn't get a chance to make a new year's eve post, since some brutal viruses took over my body (hopefully I'll have another go at it this weekend, I also owe myself a little celebration), but I decided not to skip my fashion summery of the year that has passed, and even dragged myself out of the tissue box in order to do it ...
On this occasion I'd like to also note that today is the blog's 3rd year anniversary, therefore it is a good excuse in my opinion to rest for a minute (although I'm always on the run forward) and look back at everything that happened. At least in the year 2010.
And before I go on to the next outfit, I decided to try and pick the few items that really did it for me the past year. There isn't one single item here I didn't enjoy wearing and mixing in different outfits, so that is why I only got to the top 2 in each category. can you blame me? and of course you can help me with that...

! Happy Birthday

"אמרו לך פעם שאת נראית הרבה פחות מגילך?" כן!! ואם היה לי שקל על כל פעם שאמרו לי את זה הייתי לבטח קונה לעצמי איזה תיק נחשק של Mulberry כמתנת יום הולדת. פעם, זה לא היה משפט נעים לשמוע ואפילו גרם לי למחנק בגרון במספר הזדמנויות. היום זה כבר סיפור אחר, וככל שעוברות השנים זה אפילו, מי ישמע, נחמד מאוד!
אבל, מראה הוא רק עניין חיצוני ובשעון הביולוגי אי אפשר לתעתע – היום אני חוגגת 30 ! האמת, אני לא מרגישה יותר מדי שונה מאתמול או שלשום ולא נתקפתי בדכדוך החלפת קידומת, אולי רק דחף מסוים לסכם עם עצמי מה עשיתי עד היום ומה המטרות שלי לעתיד. כמו בכל יום הולדת, בעצם...
ואם כבר סיכומים, אז אני שמחה לסכם בחיוך את שנות העשרים שלי שהיו בחלקן הראשון לפחות מאוד לא מודעות וקצת all over the place אבל בדרכן שלהן ועם הזמן הביאו אותי למקום יותר שלו, בטוח בעצמו ומכיר ביכולותיו. המממ... להתבגר זה דווקא לא רע...
לפני סיום, מגיע גם מזל טוב לעוד גברת נכבדת שחוגגת הערב יומולדת, הלא היא מדינת ישראל! אריכות ימים!
תודה רבה רבה לכל מי שכבר איחל לי איחולים בפייסבוק ובשאר מדיות חברתיות ואמצעי תקשורת... נשיקות!

"Did anyone ever tell you that you look much younger than your age?" Yes!! And if I had one Shekel for every time someone said that to me I would probably buy myself a nice Mulberry bag as a birthday present. When I was younger, it was not such a nice sentence to hear and it could have brought me close to tears, but, as the years go by, it's starting to become, Oh my, pretty damn great!

But, looks are only superficial and I cannot trick my own biological clock - today I turn 30! Truth is, I don't feel any different than yesterday or the day before, I only have a small urge to try and conclude what I've done so far and what are my future goals. Just like any other birthday, actually...
If I have to conclude my twenties I'd say for the most part they were pretty unaware and a bit all over the place, but with time they brought me to a calmer place, where I am aware, sure of myself and know my strengths. Soooo... growing up isn't so bad at all... :)
Before I wrap things up I want to wish a happy birthday to another lovely lady - Israel, my country, which celebrates its independence day tomorrow.
